So I write a review online, which I thought reviews are there so you could make your vet a better place. Instead you get mad & write me a letter telling me I will no longer be able to take my dogs to your vet! Knowing there aren't many vets in the area. Like I can't bring my dogs to you anyways, y'all never have appt. available they are always weeks out & surgeries are 3 months away. Plus I called saying that I think my dog is going to die & he had been running a 104.5 temp. That I couldn't keep down for days. Which if it got any higher could be fatal & cause organ failure, which as a vet you know this. And y'all acted like y'all didn't even care, you surly didn't even try to fit him in between one of your appt. Your very unprofessional, pathetic, sick & disgusting to turn all my pets away, especially the one I told you how sick he was, all you could do is offer an appt. Almost 2 weeks away, if he would have even made it that long. You do not care about animals you only care about money, should probably reconsider your occupation!
There's not 10 stars! Staff is great from on the phone appointments, to walk in scheduling, to getting us back to a room. Doctors are patience, kind, understanding and answer questions. My pup, hollyberry beast puppy, is a handful, both assistant and doctor are great with her. I'm happy I found them. Thank you all!!
Unbelievable how wonderful amazing they all are here and the doctor yes they are family and love each member of your family you take there as there own never a dum question at all for them they are amazing
So if you have an emergency, take your pet to Sunrise Side Vet in Tawas! Even if they dont have an appt. they will fit your pet in between appt. They will not try to force you to get unnecessary xrays or test done that they know might not tell them anything. If they know your funds are limited they will help you figure out the best option to take care of your pet. They really do care about your pets! Unlike Ogemaw! Well worth the drive!
Every time I try to get my dogs an appt. for anything, it is always a week or more away. To get them neutered it was 3 months away! Which they would have been older than what is recommended for them to get neutered.
